Hi there, I’m Jami.

I work on digital products using research and empathy to create clearer, more intuitive experiences. With over 15 years in design, I’ve spent much of my career helping teams untangle complex problems and turn them into solutions that feel practical and human.

I work best in close collaboration, asking thoughtful questions, and redirecting when a design isn’t serving the people who’ll actually use it. My goal is always the same: make things easier for the people using them.
